We look forward to the holiday season all year long around the Third Coast Events office, partly because we love to reflect on the success we’ve achieved. This year is no different, as we’re highlighting our biggest team wins amid our seasonal celebrations. There’s a whole lot of positive energy in our workspace right now. It tells us that 2020 is going to be an even better year for us and for the people behind the brands we represent.
We’re happy to say that we exceeded our team growth goals for 2019. It’s been a year filled with promotions to leadership roles and people reaching their full potential. We had a great time honoring our top performers during an R&R trip to Cancun. During this getaway, we were also able to build up our networks and learn from the sharpest minds in our industry.
For 2020, we plan to keep Third Coast Events on an upward trend. We want to grow our team and open as many new markets as possible. In terms of promotions, we hope to elevate three to five people to leadership positions and reward one or two account managers with advancement as well. It’s going to be another banner year for our team.
