Meet One Of The Faces Behind Third Coast

I’m Taylor Wallace, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Third Coast.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I got into the marketing business through curiosity. I was searching for a new career path after moving from Mississippi to Houston, and my options included working in the oil field or branching out into something more professionally oriented.

I’m glad that I made the jump, as I took to the role like a duck to water, and I quickly moved into management. Getting promoted into a senior position was a proud moment for me as it pushed me emotionally and mentally to get there.

Since becoming the COO, I’ve witnessed some positive changes as the training process has become streamlined and the clients are high caliber. I’m happy that I can play a part in contributing to the company’s growth.

I’m committed to quality, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my insistence on doing the right thing even when no one’s watching. In addition, I treat people the way I would want to get treated.

I also attribute my success to my mentor, Dana Iverson, who has transformed my life and given me the platform to make as much money as possible. She has also empowered me to give other promising go-getters the same opportunity to win.

Therefore, I live by the motto, “The will to win, the desire to succeed, and the urge to reach your full potential are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.” 

When I’m not empowering my team, I love spending time with friends and family. I also like 

playing golf and recreational sports. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
