Sarah Ledbetter serves as a key member of the Human Resources team at Third Coast Events, where she has been an integral part of the company for over two years. In her role, Sarah has supported multiple markets across the country, helping to foster strong teams and ensure a positive, people-focused workplace culture.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis in Digital Marketing Strategy. She brings a dynamic blend of creativity, organization, and interpersonal expertise to her HR work, drawing on her marketing background to enhance communication, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies.
